Kelly Bond, Supervisor of Special Education, Grades PK-5
Mrs. Kelly Bond joined the district as a Supervisor of Special Education for grades PK-5 in 2018. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Montclair State University and a Master’s Degree in Special Education with a Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant certification from Rutgers University. She also completed coursework in School Administration at Kean University where she earned Supervisor and Principal certifications. Mrs. Bond has seventeen years of experience in the field of education. She taught at the elementary level for five years, served as a Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant on a Child Study Team at the elementary and secondary levels for ten years, and has two years experience as an administrator in Special Education.
Dr. Nancy Samaha, Supervisor of Education, Grades 6-12Dr. Nancy Samaha joined the district as a Supervisor of Special Education for grades 6-12 in 2015. Dr. Samaha had previously been the Chief Supervisor of Special Services and District Supervisor of Child Study Teams for Perth Amboy Public Schools. She has seven years of experience as an administrator and sixteen years of experience as a school psychologist. She has also taught in the Graduate School of Education at Rutgers University. She has earned the following degrees: BA in Psychology from the State University of NY at Binghamton, MA in Educational Psychology from New Jersey City University and Ph.D. in Education from Rutgers University.
